I am Looking for a workbook or pratice guideline for jazz piano
I would to ask, if anyone has a logical guidebook including practice goals, practice methods etc to use as a basis for learning jazz piano. Ideally it would be good to have a book or document which explains the theory, sets a practice routine and then give goals to attain. An example would be --- the harmonic theory behind the ii-V-I progression, a list of various suggested voicings with and without tensions, then a way to evaluate whether this has been learn...ie set metronom to 120bpm and play through all 12 keys without errors.

This would be "MY" learn strategy. - But I am not a jazz piano teacher so I donīt know if such a method/book exists.

The Jazz Piano Book by Mark Levine. It's by the same guy that wrote THE jazz theory book, and it's an excellent resource. It doesn't have "exercises" to check off, but it will teach you everything you need to know about playing jazz piano.
