Does waking up in the night affect muscle recovery?
After 24h of the last workout I feel a bit of sorenes in those muscle groups I worked on. When I put myself in bed I start to feel how my muscles relax, etc... and I imagine that they continue with their process of recovery.
Last night I had to go to the bathroom after 1h in bed. When I stood up I had strange feeling in those muscles, like they were not expecting to work at that moment. I'm afraid this caused some kind of interruption of the recovery process.
