Home workout with zero equipment
Covid has hit my city pretty bad, so I'm holed up in my apartment trying to avoid contact with the outside as much as possible. I don't have any equipment in my home and I don't plan on buying any for now. Can someone recommend any guide or literature on how to set up a routine, or if possible a direct routine? I'm around 178 cm tall(5'11) weighing 63 Kg. I'm a pretty lean guy so my goal is to not be lean, and gain as much strength/muscle as possible especially in my arms. I understand its not optimal but how effective can it be for someone just starting out?
