Recurrent injury on the same spot
What would happen if someone gets a wound on a scar, e.g. a recurrent skin excoriation, abrasion, scratch or cut on the same spot on his foot? Will it be more resistant to the same cause of injury or will it reopen more easily in a future similar circumstance?
I have searched in Google and Wikipedia but there is no information I can find about the recurrent abrasion and scar on the same skin spot. All sites focus on the differences between scar tissue and healthy tissue
