What is the difference between the TNM and cancer staging
I know there are different staging methods. In breast cancer the TNM and basic staging of breast cancer are integrated. In colon cancer we have the TNM staging and the another method ranging from 0 to 4. They are staged based on different histological findings. What are the differences between these two?
