Does maintaining your home's time zone, while travelling, enable you to evade jet lag?
Suppose that:
You are leaving Home, travelling to Destination for 1-14 weeks, and then returning Home.
Destination time is behind Home time by ? 6 hours (contra this). Obviously, this question is infeasible if the time zones differ by more time (e.g. you probably cannot go to bed at 5 PM (Destination time) = 11 PM (Home time)).
Does following Home's time zone (throughout your total duration at Destination) prevent jet lag?
PS: I asked also here, but the context differs because there I am seeking travellers' opinions, but here medical opinions.
