Health check on Leafy Tea Kombucha SCOBY
I am trying to make kombucha using the SCOBY I have with a mix of Darjeeling tea.
Following is the content of it
10 tea-spoon black leafy Darjeeling
2 tea-spoon green leafy Darjeeling
I could see some black spots on my SCOBY but I am not sure whether it is mold or not. Here is the attached image, can anyone make out whether it is still healthy or not
Here is the image of the first batch which looks healthy
The second batch of SCOBY that is under the fermentation process and not sure whether it is healthy
