Could a COVID-19 vaccine provide better or longer immunity than actual infection?
Could a COVID-19 (or other coronavirus) vaccine possibly provide better or longer immunity than an actual infection?
If yes, how does it work?
If no, should an antibody test precede vaccination?
I did no "research". Im not a doctor nor a virologist and have no access to labs and I don't know which online studies publishing sites are reliable. But I did a lot of search on google and watched dozens of documentaries and reports such as this one

and came across a news report in the mainstream media of a company promising vaccine that could provid up to 20 years of immunity at the same time reports of diminishing antibodies within weeks among recovered patients.
