Trumpet Notes (Sharps)
if theres sharps at the start of my piece for the upside down notes, do I play those sharps for the same note but for the notes that are not upside down?
My sharps are F# G# and C#. The notes are upside down
Do I play F# G# and C# for the notes not upside down?

Sharps and flats are for all notes and are not depening of the stem direction
Your question is unlear. But yes, a key signature applies to all notes of that pitch, in any octave, however notated.
