IPO - Investment Banks - Stock Exchanges
Can anyone explain to me, how does a company, an investment banks, and a stock exchange work during an Initial Public Offering.
First, the company wishing to go public contacts an IB to study and underwrite its stock price. Then what?
Does the IB buy the stocks and sell them to the public?
