Fight sugar cravings after cardio
In this pandemic time, I am looking for a way to improve my physical shape. I am 40, and my weight was 135 kilos 3 years ago. I lost 25 kilos, but I am slowly gaining weight again (I got 10 kilos in the last three months). When I was 30 I was a professional judoka, and my shape was good.
I have tried several diets, but I cannot keep up... I am too hungry. I started also jogging, but it is not helping me because after the training I am too hungry... I crave for sugars, so it's a vicious circle. I also used to train weightlifting. Can anyone suggest me:

How to control this hunger feeling after the training?
Currently, I am jogging using an app (Huawei health) which implement several programs -- can you suggest me any bodybuilding program to do home?
