I don't know Bm(b5) meaning

That would be a B minor with a flat fifth, that is add the seventh (A) and lower the fifth (from F# to F). So the notes become B, D, F, A.

I know it suggestion note make from chord in treble & bass clef. But sometime it lack a note from chord or note in one line can't make a chord as suggestion

Those are not for the person playing the parts on the staff, those are for someone accompanying the player (for example a guitar). Or if you want to improvise, so you know what chords you're supposed to improvise on.
