playing chords of Guitar
1- I need answer for two questions:
After knowing basic chords:C D E F G A B and Cm,Dm,Em.Fm,Gm,Am,Bm.
What are the next chords I should learn and where I must stop learning chords...
2- During playing chords I want jump my left hand from one fret to another,but it is hard to do that at the beginning ... And have you tips for doing easily?

There are no specific chords you should learn next. I would recommend finding a song you want to play with different chords and learning that. It would also give you context for the chords and what sounds good with what.
