How can I stay fit as I am programmer?
Technology is very rushing quickly. I have to learn up-to-date and code. My weight is 195 lb. I don't know how come geek coders can stay fit. If you are geek and stay fit, can you share your lifestyle tips and tricks? Plus, my digestion speed is very slow. I have to differ about 5 hours between meal and exercise. Unless, I vomit.
