I have no idea what you are referring to and the picture is less that obvious. It may be that your last pinky joint is "snapped", locked "in reverse", a problem more typical for the fingering hand of a string player. If that's what you are referring to, it means one joint out of smooth and continuous control. No idea about the consequences for a drum player, but the snapping back and forth is not going to do the joint good.

For string players, the remedy is training finger strength and not letting the finger snap voluntarily by always maintaining some curvature. I don't think that there would be harm to do that for drummers, but I don't know just how important it may be.

Really can't see what the problem is. I play drums but am not a doctor. Trad grip looks about right for the left hand. If it's not painful why should there be a problem? What does your teacher say about it?

If you're really concerned, a doctor may be better than asking complete strangers here. Or change to matched grip.
