What types of bootcamps are best for endurance?
I've been gradually losing weight and building strength after a leg injury a few years ago. I've been running long distances well and feel like I'm toned and ready for something more challenging, like a bootcamp. What types of bootcamps will help me improve endurance? Is a tabata bootcamp best for this or is there another kind of bootcamp that is better, like maybe a kick boxing bootcamp?
