when does the body starts gluconeogenesis during fasting
I have started with bodybuilding recently. I lie in the BMI range of overweight currently and looking forward to getting ripped in the shortest amount of time.
I am following Intermittent fasting of 16:8 split with a home workout in the evening comprising of HIIT with exercises for either of the one muscle group.
Also, I am maintaining a calorie deficit diet with 1800 calorie requirements.
So what's the ideal amount of time required to achieve my goal? Am I doing something wrong? Please suggest.
