Using song titles for chapter names from same artist?
I'm writing a thriller that takes place in 1950s NYC. The plot has already been fully written. I'm considering having chapter names take the form of Sinatra song titles. Frank Sinatra is not associated with the novel, nor have these songs inspired the story. But the titles convey some tone/ambiguity about the chapter, and Frank is obviously a 50s NYC icon. Could I do this legally?
Ex: A chapter involving someone getting mugged in the dark titled "Strangers in the Night."
