Assuming a three day fast, what is the percentage of protein burned in the fourth day?
To give more detail:
100kg male
fast with only water (and salts) and/or coffee allowed
low activity (computer desk job)
I'd like to keep the muscle loss to a minimum by adding only protein to the 7 day fast.
What is the percent (from the protein + carbs + fat total) of protein burned from muscle loss on a fasting day so I can counter it with added protein?
