As of January 2020, is there a medical technique to "suck" excessive skin tissue just as fat is being "sucked" in liposuction, without the use of a scalpel?

In other words:
Is there "dermosuction" similar to "liposuction"?

I can imagine a case were some material is being injected to an area to break its chemical bonds to a surrounding area and then being "sucked" out with some syringe or pump, hence the question.
