I checked out some Raffi CDs from the library and found a lot of the older songs (as well as the FANTASTIC song "Banana Phone" which I sing to this day). I think there was another CD called "Toddler's Favorites" but it also had one or two that set my teeth on edge.

If your kids like the album they will play it incessantly, so consider ripping the songs, deleting the ones that annoy you, and then burning a new CD with only the good ones.
