strange baby hand possition
I have a ~6 months baby. She is fine overall and hit all milestones as far as I can tell.
The only strange thing is that since she started crawling (a few months ago) is holding one of the hands in a strange position.
Doesn't seem to hurt her, and doesn't seem to have any issues with overall hand movements. It seems like she just likes to put it that way when is leaning against it.
If I turn her hand around she keeps it like that for a while then turns it back.
Initially I thought is a preference an kind of ignored it but now I keep wondering if that's ok. Google fails me on this point and her next appointment is in about 1 month. Since covid pandemic is unchecked in our country I would prefer not risking going to the doctor with her only because I can't find any data. Does anyone have any input on this? Of course I will ask about it at her checkup but just to put my mind at ease (or not :) ).
I mention that I have 2 more kids, neither of them had this issue (is a new one to me :) ).
I attach a picture with the hand position.
