How to stop a ten month old from picking her nose?
Recently my ten month old daughter has developed a habit of picking her nose very frequently. We wouldn't be too concerned about it but she sticks her finger very deep and has drawn blood before. We'd like to get her to stop it, but it's difficult to control a ten month old's actions.

We haven't noticed any particular situation in which she picks her nose more often. We've considered that maybe there's some source of irritation but unfortunately due to the current situation with COVID-19 it isn't possible to visit her doctor to investigate this.

Are there any techniques we can use to encourage her to stop picking her nose?
